Earlier this month, Ready4K was honored to participate in the second webinar in NAFSCE & MAEC’s Effective Practices Webinar Series: Trauma-Informed Family and Community Engagement. It was a pleasure to join the South Dakota Statewide Family Engagement Center in sharing our approaches to supporting families impacted by trauma.
During this 90-minute talk, we learned about SDSFEC’s work and share our approach to creating a trauma-informed curriculum. We enjoyed getting into the weeds on how to communicate in a trauma-informed way, too.
